Please join me at the 2014 Fund for the Arts Campaign Celebration in Central Park located on Fourth Street in Old Louisville for the passing of the Fund for the Arts hat to our new President & CEO, Christen Boone.  Together, we’ll enjoy opening night of Kentucky Shakespeare’s Hamlet.  It will be a night filled with fun, music, Shakespeare, awards, and even a little intrigue! Who is this Christen Boone you’ve heard so much about? For starters, she’s the new leader of the Fund for the Arts.  Let me introduce you to Christen on Friday, July 11th at 7:30pm.

Today, watching the ArtSTORY from Marc Murphy, I am so inspired by his words “…the pictures matter.”  Whether it’s documenting your personal journey through photos or using the visual Arts to express your thoughts and feelings, the pictures matter!  Watch Louisville Courier-Journal political cartoonist and Stites & Harbison, PLLC lawyer Marc Murphy’s ArtSTORY below, and then email me your thoughts on why the pictures matter!
